Colotyphus

Known today as the Western Ukrainian musical group Colotyphus, which performs its tracks in the style of black metal. The official foundation of the team dates back to 2015.
Historical features of the project
This collective, called Colotyphus, was created in Rivne in 2015 in January. The man whose idea was to create it was Gennady Kovrizhnykh, a musician who is in charge of vocals and plays the guitar perfectly. He was at one time an active member of a death metal band called "Rise Of The Cadaver".
In 2015, on March 22nd, the debut musical collection of instrumental LP "Forgotten in the Past" was presented on the Sendust Records label. Most of the music singles from this first album were thematic, namely: their themes were death, war, alienation, devastation and nostalgic memories, based on centuries that were long forgotten in the past.
If we consider the concert performances in all aspects, then we can say that they began in 2015 on June 13th. Since those time immemorial, the team has replenished with three more members. More specifically, it was Roman Sapozhnikov, a professional and intelligent bass player, and two other performers playing exclusively in live mode.
After such a list of participants was assembled, the guys made a small presentation-concert of their first music collection in the capital of Ukraine.
This line-up was not destined to remain in such a gathering, the members continued to change, as a result of which the band's frontman, Monolith, was put on vocals.
When the participants renewed again, their program became more extensive, already 30 days later the band performed at the Apophis Open Air festival.
In 2015, at the end of the year, the project performed at various events, I tour Ukrainian cities. After the tour, the guys started working on the next music collection at the recording studio.
The year 2016 was remembered for the addition of a concert activity manager, Katharsis Katya, who simultaneously plays the keys.
With this line-up they took part in many concerts in the future, "Oskorei Midvinter" was no exception. In the same year, in the springtime, another collection of hits was successfully recorded.
Just recently, in 2017, on March 22, a Polish label gave the band the opportunity to release a second full-length collection called "The Last Journey of a Desperate Soul".
Today the following musicians are participants in the project:
· Kovrizhnyh Gena. Plays the guitar, is also the vocalist and frontman of the band.
· Beliar Seryozha. He is known as a bass player.
· Catharsis Katya. Plays the keys, part-time concert manager.
· Pavlovsky Slava. Guitar player.
· "Lycan". Plays drums.
